The club's premier fund raiser is "Fiesta
Amistad" which was originally held at Veterans Memorial Park
on the banks of brushy creek. In 1988, the annual fiesta outgrew
its original location and was moved to the downtown Round Rock.
Fiesta Amistad 2010 will be held at
Old Settlers Association located on 3300 Palm Valley Blvd on Hwy 79, east of Round Rock and next to Dell Diamond.
It has continued to grow into Central Texas' largest Hispanic two
day event. Fiesta Amistad is always held on Memorial Day weekend
and features live music, plenty of food, and family entertainment.
